What is the return policy?
At N A O M É, every piece is thoughtfully created with intention, precision, and care. We kindly ask that all purchases are treated with the same level of consideration when requesting an exchange or store credit.
Hijabs: For hygiene and sanitary reasons, all hijab purchases are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or credited.
Clothing: We currently offer exchanges or store credit exclusively.
To be eligible, items must:
- Remain unworn, unused, and in original condition
- Have all original tags attached
- Be free from marks, scents, alterations, or damage
- Be returned within 7 days of delivery approval
Please note that N A O M É reserves the right to decline any item that does not meet these requirements.
Faulted Merchandise

Can I cancel my order?
