What is the return policy?
At N A O M É, every piece is thoughtfully created with intention, precision, and care. We kindly ask that all purchases are treated with the same level of consideration when requesting an exchange or store credit.
Hijabs: For hygiene and sanitary reasons, all hijab purchases are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or credited.
Clothing: We currently offer exchanges or store credit exclusively.
To be eligible, items must:
- Remain unworn, unused, and in original condition
- Have all original tags attached
- Be free from marks, scents, alterations, or damage
- Be returned within 7 days of delivery approval
Please note that N A O M É reserves the right to decline any item that does not meet these requirements.
Faulted Merchandise
In the unlikely event your item arrives with a fault or defect, please contact us at contact@thenaomeedit.com

Important Information
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Can I cancel my order?
Orders may only be cancelled or modified within a short timeframe (30 minutes) after being placed. Once your order has been processed or dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible. Please contact us immediately for assistance regarding your order.
When will I get my order?
Processing and dispatch times may vary depending on whether your item is ready-to-wear or part of a pre-order release. Estimated shipping timeframes will be provided at checkout and within your order confirmation email.

From a young age, I was always drawn to dressing up, not simply for clothing, but for the feeling it created: confidence, presence, and effortless elegance. Fashion became my way of expressing creativity, mood, and identity. What began as something I loved gradually grew into something I felt deeply connected to.
After travelling the world and experiencing different cultures, styles, and perspectives, my passion for design only deepened. Seeing the way fashion transcends borders and tells stories inspired me to create something of my own, something intentional, refined, and enduring.
